I can’t say enough about Richard and staying at their condos. The condo is situated downtown, great location. The unit itself is comfortable and feels like home. The best part is Richard is easy to work with. He is so accommodating. When I am in Calgary I don’t say anywhere else

This was an excellent stay. I was in Calgary for work for 4 days. It was a great place to come home to every night. I will stay here again. Richard is so easy to deal with and he gets back to you quickly. I have stayed at other properties of his and it is consistent - great service every time.

Richard and Teresa, thank you for sharing your cozy apartment with me. I really appreciate how thorough and easy it is communicating with you, both before I get there, and while I'm there. Your check-in and check-out instructions are clearly laid out and easy to follow. I love the location. It's a quick and easy walk to any of the downtown buildings. It's easy walking distance to the Safeway grocery, if you need anything. It's a short walk to all the great bars and restaurants on 8th and on 17th and everywhere in between. The amenities and decor are really great. The welcome basket with a few treats, is a really nice touch. I will for sure stay with you again without hesitation. You come highly recommended by me.
